Description

Shrikand used to be one of my favorite desserts in India and sometimes I just couldn't get enough!

The only inconvenience I found at Shrikhand us the fact that it was always too sweet. But that did not stop me from eating it🤭

So now, for the non-Indians, what is this Shrikhand? It's a dessert based on curd, flavored with cardamom, sometimes with mango or other fruits as well. It's really thick and creamy and super easy to make! It barely took me 10 min to prepare it.

I'll show you my hassle-free version of Shrikhand, sweetened with agave syrup and topped with nuts.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Whisk the yogurt for a couple of seconds.

  2. Add agave syrup, the soaked saffron and powdered cardamom seeds.

  3. Mix everything well. Serve in individual bowls and top with pistachio and almond.
