This Prosciutto e Melone Salad will take you straight to Italy! I personally love this combo: sweet melon, salty prosciutto, creamy mozzarella, and peppery rocket… all tied together with balsamic glaze and good olive oil. So good!

  1. Just layer everything

    This is so easy and there are really no quantities needed here, this is why I listed the ingredients only. You just need to layer everything on a plate. Scoop out some melon (I have used a small scooper which extracts tiny little balls from the melon - see video, but you can also cut it into cubes). On a plate, place your arugula, then mozzarella balls, the melon balls, the prosciutto slices  and finish with olive oil, balsamic vinegar or cream and salt flakes and black pepper. So refreshing and perfect salad recipe for the summer!
