Easy German Cheese Dip with Pretzels
Description
I have to be honest with you, although I live in Germany, I don't really like German food that much, but there are few things that I absolutely ADORE and one of them is this cream cheese dip called "Obatzda", the Bavarian cheese spread from Oktoberfest. Once you make this, you'll forget about any cheese dip, this spread is so much better. I discovered it when I was in Nürnberg for the first time as a flight attendant and I fell in love! I could say this is my favourite German dish so far. With the holiday season in full swing, this German Obatzda is the perfect Christmas appetizer and New Year’s party dip. It’s creamy, flavorful, and incredibly easy to prepare, definitely an ideal festive cheese spread for winter gatherings and holiday snack boards. Serve it with soft pretzels for the ultimate German-inspired celebration. I served it with delicious beer pretzels, the recipe is already on my blog. Here’s how to make this easy German cheese dip:
