  1. How to assemble

    Wash and cut your mini peppers into half. Fill your mini peppers with cream cheese. I let it sit at room temperarure and used a piping bag to keep eveything clean but you can also use a teaspoon to fill them. Keep them in the freezer while you prepare your "eyes" and "mouth", otherwise they will sink into the cream cheese, so don't skip this step! Using a straw cut small circles from black olives. Adjust the thickness and be creative with cutting different mouth shapes (spooky, scary, smiling, sad), I used a scoring knife (small knife I use for cocktail garnish) and cut different "mouths". Place them on the peppers and serve. Enjoy this cute Halloween treat!
