Description

Rojak, also known as Rujak, is a traditional salad from Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore, containing both fruit and vegetables and it is sweet, sour and salty at the same time. The name of this salad also has a meaning, and that is “mixture” in the colloquial language.

My version of Rojak is completely vegan, but the original version contains a dressing with shrimp paste or fish sauce.

It’s perfect for vegetarians and vegans and the combination of flavors and textures is unexpectedly interesting!

  • 250 g pineapple
  • 1 mango
  • 1 cucumber

  1. Add the pineapple, mango, cucumber and peanuts to a bowl.
