Description

One of my favorite Vietnamese dishes is Goi cuon: these cute little spring rolls are not only refreshing and healthy, but very easy to make and very versatile! You can add any veggies or meat, I just decided to stick to the traditional version but you can fill them with whatever you want!

These spring rolls are served with a delicious peanut sauce with lots of flavors! The best part is that it took less than 15 minutes to prepare everything.

Ingredients
  • 12 Pcs cooked shrimp (I have cooked it in a pan with a little bit of oil for 5 min)
  • 4 Pcs rice paper sheets
  • some lettuce
  • 50 g cooked glass/rice noodles
  • some coriander stalks
  • 4 tbsp Hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp chilli paste
  • 2 clove small garlic (finely chopped)
Instructions
  1. Start by soaking the rice sheet in water for 3 seconds.

  2. Add the lettuce, noodle, coriander and shrimp and wrap them carefully (see video). Do the same steps for the other rolls.

  3. For the sauce, mix the hoisin sauce with peanut butter, chilli paste and garlic and add a little bit of water to make it a little less thicker.
